The Savida Maternity range offers some key pieces that you can add to your new wardrobe. The prices are good, and each piece is vastly adaptable to dress up or down.
The button detail sweatshirt, €20, comes in hot pink, pale pink or grey and is designed to accommodate your growing bump, allowing you to unbutton as needed.
Over the bump maternity jeans are essential, and these skinny jeans, €20, come in black too. Similarly, a little black dress is always a great idea, and this scoop neck midi dress, €20, is both stylish and super comfortable.

Get ready for all the nappy changing ahead with jumbo packs of Pampers nappies in a wide range of sizes, from newborn to training pants, WaterWipes in various size packs, or Dunnes brand nappies and wipes.

While a nappy bin is not a truly essential item, I personally found it invaluable. We lived in an apartment with a newborn and it saved a trip out to the bins after every nappy change!

Travel Essentials

Sleepwear and Essentials

Skip the blankets that inevitably get kicked off and try a grow bag instead. There are several patterns to choose from and two tog weights available, 1.5 and 2.5, to keep baby snug.

The Gro Egg is a great purchase for baby’s nursery, and one of the items many of our mums recommend. The colour-changing room thermometer can tell you at a glance whether the room is too cold, warm or the perfect temperature.
Another great visual for older children is the Gro Clock that acts as a sleep trainer, letting toddlers come to grips with the difference between ‘night’ and ‘morning’.
Feeding

Playtime

While there are no toys included in the baby event this time, there are two great options for playtime – a Babylo travel cot at €39.99 and this portable play pen, €59.99, which has a zip up door.
